Quickie Photo Session with Alondra Ortiz

Had a job in Miami a few months ago and had a few hours to spare. I reached out to Alondra and she made herself available for a quick shoot. This is some of what we did.

We kept it simple: a quiet Miami hotel room, soft window light, white sheets, and a short window of time. Alondra settled onto the edge of the bed and the room fell into a relaxed rhythm, minimal direction, easy movement, natural expression.

The wide frame made the room feel even bigger than it was. With all that negative space, Alondra’s presence did the heavy lifting—small in the composition, but commanding the scene.
