This is where things get tough.. we lose ourselves thinking that there’s another way to numb the pain, to make it all go away. So we change our appearance, we change our actions, we always say we are okay. We start using drugs, we drown in alcohol happy but then at the end of the night we look back in the mirror encountering the damage we do to oneself to our health then we’re crying all over again, listen to me 👂 let’s not let it get this far. Once we’ve noticed that we need something or someone else other than ourselves we seek help, any help! A friend; mom, dad, your dog bro. When we were damaged we were destroyed and hidden in a corner, now in the process of healing we embrace it or we change what we don’t like in a healthy way. No more body shaming because now we know we’re more than just our physical bodies, we party in front of the mirror with ALEXA laughing at the fact that we once felt low about ourselves and all this time it was all in our heads, cause at the end there are people out there that love us for what we look or act upon.
